⚡ April Performance Sessions

Small group speed development sessions for developing athletes this spring.

🔥 Limited Availability: Only 3 private 1-2-1 spaces remaining this month.

🏃 Track Sprint Sessions

📍 Location: Withdean Athletics Track

£25 per athlete · Sprinters only · 100m / 200m focus

  • 📅 11 April — 10:00am KO

Please note there will be no track sessions on 18 April or 25 April as coach is on holiday — rare sighting, we know.

🔥 Private Performance Sessions

1-2-1 and 2-1 sessions are available on request on Saturdays and Sundays, however times are extremely limited.

Limited after-school sessions are also available on selected weekdays.

Only 3 spaces remain for private 1-2-1 training.

These sessions are ideal for athletes wanting personalised sprint coaching, technical development and performance testing.

Four-Session Package

Sprint training Brighton

Two-Session Package

Description: Focused program with two personalized sessions to boost technique, speed, and power through targeted drills and expert feedback. Ideal for rapid progress.

Personal training for sprint performance in Hove park

Single Session Package

Description: One focused 60-minute session to hone technique and speed with immediate, expert feedback. Perfect for fine-tuning skills or gaining a quick competitive edge.

2-on-1 Group Coaching Packages

These semi-private sessions are designed for pairs (e.g., teammates, partners, or siblings), fostering teamwork while providing personalized feedback for individual growth in technique, speed, endurance, and race strategy.

Four-Session Package

Description: Supercharge your sprinting with four collaborative sessions including drills, block-starts, intervals, and simulations. Drives progress toward peak potential.

Duration: Spread over two months

Cost: £250 (shared between two athletes) 

Sprint training Brighton

Availability & Location

Sessions are available on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with weekday options upon request. All sessions are held at Waterhall Grass Pitches and Withdean Athletics Stadium. 

Cancellation Policy

By booking, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a £10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will incur the full deposit fee. 

Fees must be paid before the next session. Exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
