Where do you conduct your training sessions?
I primarily conduct my training sessions at Withdean Sports Complex in Brighton and Hove, just off Togdean Lane.
What age groups do you train?
I train athletes of all ages and abilities, from young beginners to seasoned professionals.
How do you help children who lack confidence in training?
I focus on making athletes comfortable and encouraging them to challenge themselves. In 2022, I trained as a youth mentor during my off-season, and I incorporate this experience into my coaching to help build confidence.
What can I expect in a training session?
Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you’re re-entering a sport or aiming to outperform your teammates. Expect a mix of speed drills, plyometrics, sprinting, reaction exercises, and overall fitness training.
When can I book a session?
I schedule my sessions around school timetables and half terms. These slots fill up quickly, so I recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your spot.
